1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

❗ We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items returned after the return window has closed

2. How to Request a Return

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return (include photos if the product is damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with instructions.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup or request you to send the item back through an agreed method.
  • You must ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your return.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within [5-7 business days].
  • As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are typically provided in cash upon collection of the returned item or through an agreed-upon refund method.

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
